VESPERS AT THE END OF THE SABBATH: Loving Incautiously

I have loved incautiously!
I have loved a love that denigrated me
A love that took repeatedly
Yes, yesterday, I loved incautiously.

Today, I Love incautiously
I Love The Son of Man who elevates me
The Man whose Love for me was proved sacrificially
Today, I happily Love incautiously!

Dear Ones:

Love that takes for itself is not love!

Our Master, The Eternal God, set the standard for us by giving to us His All - His Very Life.

He has stated:

In this corporeal realm, a person may die for another, but that death saves a life now that will die later, and possibly forever at The Judgment!

Many of us give to our partners, spouses, children, bosses, jobs, best friends, pets, hobbies and possessions more love and attention than we will offer to God.

We are, and have been, guilty of this sin - it IS Sin - and we need to repent in sackcloth and ashes i.e., copious tears and prayers for Forgiveness, Mercy and Grace.

We wittingly love wrongly!

We also wrongly, willingly, love incautiously!

We also wittingly, willfully, live and love incautiously, and the Pathway to our Living In Peace is paved with If Only, Would Have, Could Have, Should Have, But, Didn't and Regrets!

Nevertheless, because of the Love of God, and our acceptance of His Grace, via His Mercy, we may choose - it IS a choice - to Love Jesus Christ with gay abandon, i.e., without fear and trembling!

Let us
REORDER
our priorities!

Let us
MAKE
JESUS FIRST!

Let us, by The Grace of God Which Passes ALL Understanding, cast all our fears aside and Love Jesus wittingly, willingly, willfully and rightly ... Incautiously!

Jesus has made Unimaginable Plans for Our Wedding Celebration and, I am sure, Wonders Will Abound!

Be encouraged, and

Be well, and be gloriously blessed!

VESPERS AT THE END OF THE SABBATH: To Do Good IS A Decision

DO YOU KNOW WHAT DAY THIS IS?
Yes!
It's Saturday!
Sabbath! Weekend! No work!
And what does that mean?
IT MEANS THAT WE ARE
ONE DAY CLOSER
TO
GOING HOME!!

To Do Good is a decision for
Sinning is the way of this Life
And Living According To One's Nature
Leads always to Constant Trouble and Strife!

Right Living requires Much Effort
Wickedness comes by Rote
And walking that way for many
Doesn't even require the necessary Working Conscience Vote!

But those who have met the Master
Do Right, and live with Constant and Persistent Hope
Real Hope and Hope Springs Eternal, and
Encourage The Faithful to Dwell In God's Light
And they, with The Comfort of the Spirit, and Aided By Holy Angels
Don't give in to Sin for there is always The Fight!

Pray Without Ceasing and Study to Show Thyself Approved
Are Helpers in Life's Battles
And with Grace At Your Side, you know that you Can't Lose
And will win because with Jesus Christ carrying The Tide
You'll know that you did The Right Choice choose!

Prayer: For Protection

BUT JESUS IS MY

SO THAT I CAN SAY:

Oh, Lord, there are so many questions
That I need to answer
As I venture out each day to
Face those in the high and byways,
Whether friend or foe,
Adversary or associate,
Benefit or burden,
Leech or love.
I ask You for Your covering.
I ask You, Lord, to lead me and
Help me to do what You want me to do
In whichever circumstance I find myself.
Help me to remember that there is no place that
You can bring me to, that You cannot carry me through.
I ask You, Lord, to guide my footsteps and
Let me not pick up the fleas of sin that
Attach themselves to the warm body
That lacks the Living Power that
Heals, seals, and protects from the wiles of Satan.
Lord, where there is a lack within
Please instill, and fill me.
Give me Your strength, Lord, and
Help me, through Your Grace,
To stand up aright, and stand ... victorious!
AMEN.

Prayer To Be Kept From The Sin of Presumption

Heavenly Father, have mercy on me, a sinner.
Father, I come before You, and beseech You to keep me from
committing the sin of presumption.
Help me, Father, to always remember that there is not anything that I can do,
that I can do without You. Help me, also, to always keep before me
that it is because of You, that I have my being; that I am a child,
a sheep in Your pasture, and that I am to go, and be,
and do what You require of me.
Help me to daily seek Your will for my day and my way, and that I will, with
a humble and contrite heart, commit my stubborn will to Your leading.
Help me, also, to remember that though it seems to this finite mind that You are silent,
that You always answer the prayers of the faithful,
whether that answer is yes, no, wait, or Your Grace is sufficient for what
ever state, or estate, in which I may find myself. Father, help me to stand firm in the
faith of Jesus for, at times, the sufficiency of Your Grace
feels an awful lot like welcome to the pain.
Help me to understand, and accept, that
Your way is not mine, neither are Your thoughts mine,
and please give me the grace
that I desperately need to be steadfast and true to You
in the midst of my storms. And, Father, for those days
when I do get ahead of myself, whether in anxiety, fear or distress,
or sheer willfulness, I pray for Your mercy, and forgiveness,
and plead to be strengthened along the treacherous pathway that is this life.
Through it all, Father, I offer You my prayers, my praise, and my worship,
in the blessed name of Jesus Christ, the King, and ask in faith that
You will bless me, Lord,
so that I may bless another out of Your bounteous hand of provision.
I love You, Lord, and I thank You for hearing and answering my prayer.
AMEN.
