We Came Up Out Of The Water 

Having Put On The New Man! 

Now Think Very, Very Carefully! 

Living In Or Better Said

With Christ Living In You By His Holy Spirit 

Who Leads Us Into All Truth 

Would It Not Be True To Say That 

You Are A Child Of God

A Regenerated Human Whose Sinful Self Is Daily Purged

Being Sanctified Aka Set Apart For Holy Use 

So That You Daily Choose To Let Your Default Position 

In All Matters Be: 

"Father, Ever Lead Me And Guide Me! 

Please Teach Me To Be True To You 

And To Be Pure In My Thoughts, Words, And Deeds

And Also Ever Show Me What I Should Do 

As Your Child With Full Inheritance Rights 

So That I Do Not Crucify My Dear Savior Afresh 

Bringing Him To An Open Shame!?!" 

Beloved, 

Be Cautious! 

In This Age Of "Do You!" 

And 

"My Truth!" 

We Are Being Again Beguiled To Taste

And For That Matter

Substantially Eat Of The Forbidden Fruit! 

Please, I Beseech Us All

Let Us Boldly Interrogate Our Profession

Our Practice

And 

Our Utilization Of Our Gifted Faith

And 

Decide Once And For All Time 

Who We Are Going To Trust

Honor, Worship, Follow, And Obey: 

The Rock Of Salvation, Jesus Christ Our Loving Lord 

Or

The Malevolent Side-Winder, Satan The Damned

Who Desires Our Destruction 

But 

Shows Us New, Different, Pretty, Loud, And Exciting 

Which Activates Our Hedonistic Traits! 

We, Each, Have Freewill And Freedom To Choose! 

Let Us Brazenly, Yet Humbly, Choose To Use Them 

In Jesus Christ's Name 

And 

For His Sake!

We Were Warned In The Living Word 

Through The Posing Of A Question 

By The Very Lord Of Life Whose Name Is All-Knowing 

Which Means He Has The Unimpeachable Answer! 

The Lord God Almighty Asked: 

"To Whom Will You Compare Me!?!" 

Come On, Brother Man! 

That Was A Trick Question! 

Was It, Uncle Look-Up!?! 

Are You Calling Our Lord Deceitful!?! 

No, Mo! 

I Might Be A Lot Of Things 

But Stupid I Am Not! 

All I Want To Know Is Why 

An Unanswerable Question Was Posed!?!

Because 

Your God Was Your Shepherd, Your Refuge, And Your Strength! 

You Couldn't See Him 

Because 

If You Did In Your Current Sinful State

You Would Be Immediately Consumed: 

He Protected You By Covering Himself! 

You Were Happy, Happy, Happy 

Until You Happened Upon 

"This Is It!" Means And Methods Ministries Incorporated! 

They Had Crashing Cymbals, Booming Bass Drums

Tenor Pans, Electric Guitars 

Praise Singers In Bikinis

Praise Dancers In Short Shorts 

With Lil' Frilly Aprons Over Them

And 

Theatrical Lights, Smoke Machines

And 

A Glib-Tongued Speaker With Expensive Tastes, Treats And Toys

And 

All Manner Of Pricey Statuary 

Which They Carried And Venerated In Their Worship! 

You Were Mesmerized Even More 

When It Was Told You That The Statues Were Gods 

Who Gave Them Their Every Desire 

When The Worshippers  Gave Said Gods 

Gifts Of Money, Produce, Pledge, Or Person! 

You Noted That Those Worshippers Were Excited, Even Euphoric! 

Lord Jesus, Save Us! 

Why Do You Say That, Mala Prop!?! 

I Say That Because That Is

Exactly What Happened To The Israelites 

At The Time Of Balaam 

And Then 

At The Time Of Prophet Samuel 

When They Asked For A King That They Could See ...! 

... And That Is What Repeatedly Led To Them 

Being Constantly Overcome And Enslaved 

To Their Idolatrous Adversaries! 

So, Brethren, 

What Do You Say, Now, About Comparison!?! 

"Comparison Is Truly The Thief Of Joy!"  

Beloved, 

Every Good And Perfect Gift Comes From Almighty God

Who Will Not Share His Glory With Another 

For No Other Can Be Compared To Him 

Because 

He Is Life, Love, Light 

And 

Everything To All People! 

Please, I Beseech Us All

To Steal Your Joy In Our Lord Jesus

The God Almighty

Out Of Reciprocal Obligation

We Have To Love Him Back 

Because 

It Is The Only Way To Get Into Our Father's House 

Aka The Mansions Of The Forever Blessed!

Is That Enough, Sufficient, Or Good Enough!?!

Let Us Take Thought 

And 

Break This Love Business, Love Affair, Love Pact Down! 

Neither Of Us Could Or Would 

Truly Love Someone Who Acts Entitled 

Nor Would Or Could Anyone Love Us 

If We Wore Entitled Man's Attire And Attitude! 

Now, Beloved, 

Besides The Already Stated Obvious Reason 

For Loving The Lord

I Love The Lord Because His Word Is Bond 

Be They Blessings Or Cursings 

To Include Loving Warnings And Gentle Corrections: 

His Delivery Service Unremittingly Works! 

Brethren, 

To Make This Personal

When My Son Was Growing Up And Under My Control

I Had One Hard And Fast Rule: 

If I Promised Him A Gift Or A Treat

I Delivered The Gift Or Treat, No Excuses! 

Conversely, If I Promised A Previously Advertised Punishment 

For Known Unacceptable Behavior 

Which Had Previously Been Warned Against And Corrected

I Delivered That Punishment As Warranted, No Exceptions! 

My Son Understood The Brief 

Because 

I Did Not Send Mixed Aka Muddled Signals! 

My Follow-Up And My Follow-Through Were A Given! 

Brethren, 

Our Blessed Jesus Gave Us Rules To Live And Love By 

And

He Was, Is, Abundantly Clear 

About The Costs Incurred And Benefits Provided 

For Doing, Or Ignoring Aka Rejecting His Word

His Will For Our Lives! 

Dear Ones, 

The One Thing That 

We May All Rest Easy About Is This Fact: 

"The Lord, The Same Yesterday, Today And Forever!" 

The Lord Does Not Turn On 

And

Leave On 

An Emergency Light In Our Lives Where None Exists 

As This Would Give Us Carte Blanche 

To Ignore His Command 

Even When A Real Emergency Occurs 

Which Would Be, Which Is, To Our Eternal Detriment! 

Great Is Our Lord's Love And Faithfulness To Us! 

Let Us, From This Moment On

Love Him By Our Willing And Unwavering Obedience 

By Keeping His Commandments Which Are Not Burdensome! 

Beloved, 

The Way Of The Lord ... The Commandments Of The Lord

Is Not 

An Hedge Of Thorns 

So Do Not Fear To Obey Him!

A World-Famous Duet!

Now, Brethren, Given The Circumstances

Do You Believe That This Duet Will Last!?! 

No, It Can't Last

And

It Won't Last Because That Duet Is Going To Duel 

As Each Of The Partners Will Want The Top Billing! 

Neither One Will Lower Their Flag

And 

The Partnership Will Flag

And Then They, Defeated, Will Each Flag-Down Truth 

Before They Will Remember That 

They Had Gleefully Sacrificed Truth! 

Slow Your Roll, Brother Man! 

Truth Cannot Be Killed! 

You Know That And I Know That 

But 

Deniers Of Truth Don't Know That 

Or They Roundly Reject It! 

True, Preacher Man, But They Will Desire Truth ... Eventually!

Being A Denier Or A Rejector 

Does Not Change The Fact That

Dear Ones,

Walk In Concord Aka In Agreement With The Truth

And 

Speak The Truth ... In Righteousness

No Matter The Vile Coercion

The Threatened Consequence
