HAPPY SABBATH + Why, Lord!?! + PRAYER: I Yield My Will To You, Lord!

 

Why, Lord, Do We Constantly Sin Against You

Our Creator, Savior, Redeemer, And Friend

To Have Power That Absolutely Corrupts

To Have Sex Impossible To Enjoy

To Have Sumptuous Food We Can't Digest

To Possess Clothing We Only Wear Once

To Own Houses We Can't Call Home

To Have Peace Which Gives No Rest

To Control Indecent Sums Of Money That 

Buys Us Friends Of The Moment

To Live Lives We Ardently Despise

But

Valiantly Pursue

Because

Frenemies, Enemies, Financial Friends, Frauds

And

Fools Aka Those Who Dismiss The Living God

And

Who Have More Head Than Brain

Are Gallantly Touting!?! 

Why Lord, Why!?!

PRAYER:

Heavenly Father,

I Come In Faith

And

I Ask A Favor, Please!

 

If There Is Something That 

I Am Doing That You Cannot Bless

Or Anything That I Am Contemplating To Do That 

Will Not Please Your Heart

Help Me To See It For What It Is 

And

Strengthen Me To Choose To Curse It

And

From It Walk Away! 

Please Fill Me With  Desires That 

Will See Me Blessed And Saved 

On The Great And Glorious Day! 

Lord, 

With Eyes That Have Been Given True Sight

By The Living Word That Is The Truth

I Can Now Plainly See That

Wrong Actions For So-Called Right Reasons

Will Never Reap For Me A Blessing

And So

I Choose This Day To Stand Humble

In The Sight Of The Son Of Man

Willing To Be Fed With Food Good For Me

And

To Be Led Onward And Upward

To Beautiful Beulah Land! 

I Yield My Will To You, Lord! 

By Grace, Through Faith

I Will Do The Good And The Right

So That I By My Own Hand

Will Not Blight My Own Life

Or The Life Of Another Soul Benight

Because

I Walk With A Heart Filled With Self-Loathing

Self-Righteousness

And

Spite! 

Please Help Me To Ever Remember That

My Every Sin Crucifies My Lord Christ Afresh:

Please Bless Me To Live By Unfailing Faith

And

Not By Tingling Flesh!

Please Let Your Will Be Done

For, In, And Through Me

In Jesus Christ's Holy Name 

I, A Beggar In Need

And

With A Contrite Heart

Humbly Plead! 

I Love You!

Please Come For Us Soon!

AMEN!!!

Is Your Faith Exercising Trust In Jesus Christ The Lord!?!

Is Your Exercised Faith In Jesus Christ Fixed 

Or Is Your Faith Dependent Upon 

Your Every Prayer Being Answered 

Just As You Have Asked 

And

In The Time-Frame That You, A Mere Mortal, Has Specified 

To The Creator God 

Who Is All-Knowing, Almighty, And Eternal!?! 

Are You Mixing Faith With Sight!?! 

Are You Mixing Faith With Feelings!?! 

Does Your "Faith" Have You Reeling!?! 

Beloved, 

We Who Are Committed To The Lord Christ 

And 

The Way Of The Cross That Leads To The Heavenly Home

Cannot Afford The "Luxury" Of A Fair-Weather Faith 

With A Side Of Flitting Butterflies 

And 

A Generous Helping Of Thorn-Less, Perfectly Scented, Roses! 

The Children Of The Household Of Faith 

Must Stand Or Fall By The Word Of The Lord 

Which Clearly States Plainly That 

All Things Work

-  Answered Prayer Or Not - 

For The Good Of Us Who Are The Called 

According To The Purposes Of God!

We Must Be Able To Say

- Like Job And The Three Hebrew Worthies - 

"Live Or Die

I'm Trusting My Lord With My Life

And

All That Concerns Me!" 

We Who Are Headed To Hill Zion 

Must Be Able To Bear Disappointment 

Aka The Denial Of Even Godly Desires! 

We Must Be Able To Hold Strain 

Even When We Just Want To Curl Up And Die! 

We Must Trust The Living Word 

And Not The Lies Of The Devil! 

Jesus Christ Always Saves!

Please ... By Grace Through Faith

Daily Choose To Moment-By-Moment Trust 

The Lord's Heavenly Love For You 

Even When You Can't Trace His Holy Hand 

Holding 

And 

Helping You!
