Not Subjective

Being Subject To Our Whims And Fancies

Our Foibles

Our Always-Dynamic Feelings

Nor The Winds Of Change

Blowing According To the Tide Of
Our Time In The Fickle Spotlight!

There Is Nothing Savory

About A Person Saying That

"I'm Living My Truth!"

Every Man Is A Liar!

Jesus Christ 
Is 
The Truth: Believe It! 

   The Truth 
     Is 
       The Way: Walk In It! 

          Jesus Christ 
             Is 
               The Light: Stay In Its Glow! 

                 Jesus Christ 
         Is 
          The Lord: Remember It! 

       The Lord, Our Lord
    Is 
Merciful: Depend On Him! 

So, With That Being Said ... 

I Was Sinking Deep In Sin!
I Was Going To Pieces
And
Not Headed To The Peaceful Shore!
I Couldn't Be Bothered To Let The Savior In!
I Walked On The Wild Side!
I Belonged To The Rat Race
But
Ratting And Racing
Were Turning Me Into A Disgrace

Until

The Day Dawned
And
The True Daystar Shone
In The Nooks And The Crannies Of My Hear
Highlighting A Life That Sin Spawned
And
Showing A Summary Of Known Sin 
And 
The Regrets For Untoward Longings
For Frets 
And 
The Inordinate Desire For Things Called Gotta Get!

The Book That Is A Transcript Of His Character
Showed Me My Life As Out Of Step With His
And
My Personal Mirror Showed Me
The Impress Of A Life That Did Things That Don't Matter!

I Looked At The Good Book: It Is Good!
I Looked At The Shiny Mirror!
The Book Couldn't Clean Me
And
The Mirror Simply Showed Me That I Needed Cleaning
So Being In Awe ... Godly Fear
I Consciously Chose To Talk To Him Who Cares
To Him Who Prepared A Cleansing Flood For Me
To Him Who Gives New Life For Old
To Him Who Destroys The Roaring Lion
And
Slick And Slithering Serpent
Who Take Pleasure In The Unwary Soul's Beguilement!

I Know That I Am Fortunate!
I Am Aware That I Am Constantly Blessed!
I Daily Receive New Mercies
And
I Am Immersing Myself In Lively Truth!
I Am A Believer In The Mighty Power Of 
The Lord Christ Who Chooses To Care For Me
A Known-Sinful Child Of The Dust
And
I Have Been Reformed
Am Justified
And
Am Being Sanctified
Moment By Moment
Day By Day ... Until He Comes Or I Die!

I Keep My Connection To This Holy One Open
By Constant 
And 
Heartfelt, Unfeigned, Prayer!
I Daily Give Up Self
And
I Have Gained The Savior ... Of My Own Soul!

I Also Give Him Thanks And Praise

Rest In His Love
Because
He Is Always Near!

I Saw ... I See ... The Light ...

He Lifts Me Up
And
Leads Me Gently, Safely, Onward
And
By His Gift Of Daily Faith And Grace
I Am A Soldier Of The Cross
On Which He Cruelly Died
So That I ... Being Repentant And Faithful
Should Not To His Living Kingdom
Ever Be Lost!

Our God ... The Living God Giving Grace

The God Who Never Sleeps

Who Always Sees Everything

On His Constant Care

Gracious Hand Of Provision
We Are To Unwaveringly Rely! 

We Are Not To Look Sorrowfully On What Is! 

We Are To Look Longingly 
Unto What The Unerring Holy God Says 
Shall Surely Be
And 
Believe The Promise Given

And 

Be Blessed For Exercising Holy Faith Daily Given! 

Doubting Is Easy! 
Having Faith In The Unknown Is Hard! 

Doubt Kills! 

Faith Cures And Assures 
And 
Ever Always Reassures!
