HAPPY SABBATH + Prayer For When Hearts Are Burdened 2

 

PRAYER:

Father, Forgive Me!

I Have Gone From Pillar To Post

Seeking A Home For My Heart

Forgetting

Perhaps Not Even Realizing That

My Heart Is Your Home!

Open My Eyes, Lord, And Help Me To See 

Those Fair And Holy Glimpses Of Truth That

You Have Waiting For And Available To Me

In The Volume Of That Book That 

Tells Me Of You And Your Holy Love For Me ... Personally!

Oh, How Often, Dear Father

Has My Heart Been Troubled Within Me

At My Seeming Lack Of Growth

At The Wayward Paths Being Used

By The Children Of Faith

At The Unholy Alliances, Even Confederacies, Being Formed

Between The Children Of The Day

And

The Denizens Of The Night

And

I Cringe!

You Promised In The Living Word

That Not One Jot Or One Tittle

A Dot Or A Dash In The Word Would Fail

Until All Be Fulfilled!

I Know That You Cannot Lie

So I Put My Trust In You

To Accomplish All You Word

For You Have Promised That 

It Shall Not Return Unto You Void, Empty

But Shall Do All That You Ordain!

Father, 

Remember Me, In Mercy, I Beseech You!

As King Solomon Said:

I Am But A Child

Not Knowing How To Go Out

Or To Come In!

Please Grant Unto Me 

Your Wisdom And Understanding

To Use Your Knowledge Aright!

You Promised Not To Upbraid Me

For Asking For Wisdom:

I, In The Working Faith Gifted To Me

Choose To Accept Your Word

As Written And Preserved! 

I Trust You! 

I Am Trusting You! 

Please Help Me To Trust You

Always And In All Ways! 

Please Help Me To Hide Your Word Within My Heart!

Please Help Me To Know My End

The Length Of My Days

So That I Will Know How Frail I Am

And Will Not Sin Against Thee Again!

Father, 

I And My People

Have Broken All Ten Of Your Commandments

Wittingly

Unwisely

Boldly

Even Arrogantly

Uncaring That Actions Have Consequences

Unmindful Of The Reality That

Even When We Come To Our Senses

And Repent Of Our Known Sin

And You Forgive Us Our Sin

And Cleanse Us From All Unrighteousness

That The Consequence 

The Fall Out Remains

The Unintended Consequence Stands

Reminding Us That There Is No Profit

In Bold Sin And Defiant Disobedience! 

Please Help Us To Humble Ourselves

So That You Will Lift Us Up

At The Time Appointed! 

Draw Me Nearer, Lord! 

Keep Me Safe By Your Dear Side! 

Open My Eyes, Lord

To See You And Emulate You

In The Beauty Of Holiness! 

Father, I Would See Jesus! 

I Will Behold His Face In Righteousness! 

I Will Be Satisfied When I Awake With His Likeness:

I Know That My Redeemer Lives

And

That He Is Interceding For Me! 

Please Help Me To Value Myself

At The Price That Was Paid To Grant Me

Your Free-To-All Salvation! 

Save Me, Lord! 

Keep Me Rooted And Grounded

Attached To The Rock That Fills The Whole Earth

In Jesus Christ's Holy And Matchless Name 

I Humbly Pray, And In Need, Plead! 

I Love You, Lord! 

Please Come For Us Soon! 

AMEN!!! 

REST EASY: R.I.P. Is Not Only For Duppies!

 

"Come Unto Me...!" 

This Is A Gentle Call ... A Loving Encouragement

Because 

The Lord Jesus Christ 

The Only One Right, Righteous

The Giver Of Hope, Faith, Peace, Rest

Grace, Mercy, Blessing, Freedom

And 

Free Will

And 

Free Choice

Does Not Do Force! 

Almighty God ... Who Can

Won't Force You To Salvation

And 

Satan ... The Adversary

The Roaring, Raging Lion

The Murderer

The Liar

The Deceiver

- The Piercing Serpent - 

Can't Force You To Damnation!

 

Thank You, Lord

For Your Blessings On Us! 

Beloved, 

Our Free Will And Free Choice Are Gifts ... Blessings

So, Please, Do Not Ever Believe That

You "Must" Submit To Any Created Being

To Be Able To Eat, Sleep, Work Or Live! 

We Live 

Because 

Jesus Christ 

- Our Creator, Provider, Sustainer - 

Gloriously, Eternally, Does! 

Never Forget It ...

No Being Can Take Jesus Christ Aka The Conquering King

- King Victorious - 

Off The Throne Of His Glory 

Or Demote Him 

Or Make Him A Proxy-King Aka Powerless! 

When We Stand Up With 

And 

Live For Jesus Christ

We Stand With The Rock Unshakeable, Unmovable

To Eventually Live With The King Eternal! 

Let Us, Therefore

For Love ... By Faith ... With Endurance

Get To 

And 

Walk With Our Lord 

Who Loves Us, Each, Individually 

And 

Personally Intimately: 

Jesus Would Have Died For You 

Even If You Were The Only Person On Earth! 

Brethren, 

Please Rest In The Love That Refreshes

Reveals

Reforms

Regenerates 

And 

Raises Us Up To His Glory! 

R.I.P. 

Is Not 

Only For Duppies! 

Righteousness Is Peace! 

Rest In Him Who Is Peace! 

Jesus' Peace Is Free!

To Take A Page Out Of The Book
Belonging To Lazarus And Martha's Sister, Mary
Who Choose The Best Portion
- To Learn About Jesus Christ The Lord -
Which Portion Jesus Said That 
He Would Not Take Away From Her!

Worry Won't Make You Tall
And
Being Anxious Won't Change The Color Of Your Hair
But
Worry And Anxiety Will Most Assuredly
Cause You To Cease From Abundant Living
Sooner Than Any Disease That Afflicts Us!

Worry And Anxiety

- Which The Lord Asks Not To Indulge -

 Illustrates A Lack Of Faith

Which Is Doubt!

Doubting The Lord Christ Is Sin!

Use The Gift Of Faith

Which You Are Daily Given!

If We Never Needed The Lord Before
We Starkly See That We Need Him Today
And 
In All Facets Of Our Lives! 

Blessedly
The Only One That We Need
- Who Provides For Our Every Need -
In All Stages And Phases Of Life
Says: 

"Come ... And ... Find!

Take ... Learn ... And Rest!" 

Because 
He Who Says The Word 
Has The Power To Provide 
And 
The Provision To Satisfy 
Believer And Unbeliever Alike! 

We Who Choose To Believe The Living Word

We Know That He Who Promises Will Deliver

From Experience

His Giving Requires Our Believing
So
Trust God At His Word

Depart The Wild Goat Herd

With Whom Life Is Just For Living!

The Savior Is Waiting To Enter Your Heart

BUT

You Must Take That Step

AND

From Sin-Loving Depart

For

Loving The World

AND

Loving God

Cannot 
Will Not Co-Exist

Because

The Living God Will Not Share Your Love For Him

With Another

Nor

Permit A Fence Rider

Unto Heaven To Rise Higher! 

In Everything

- By Working Faith -

Trust The Eternal

Loving

Gracious

Giving

Saving

Redeeming

Blessing

Abiding

Holy God

And

You Shall

- In The Fullness Of Time -

Eternity Explore!

PRAYER: I Am Yours, Lord!

Father,

I Lift My Heart To You

In An Attitude Of Prayer!

On My Own I Know I Am Nothing, Lord

And I Give To You My Burdens Of Care!

Let Me Not Neglect Our Morning Meetings

Wherein I Find Grace For The Day!

Let Me Not Neglect Our Blessed Time Together

Where I Receive The Blessings You Lovingly Share!

Father,

In Those Days When I Am Feeling All Prayed Out

And I Feel I Have Nothing To Say

Let This Heart Find Strength From Your Spirit

So That Satan Cannot Stick Me With His Darts!

I Am Yours, Dear Lord!

Your Voice I Obey!

Help Me This Day And Always

In Faith And Belief

For Love

And For Right Doing

Ever With Alacrity

To Act Upon All That You Say!

I Love You!
