VESPERS AT THE END OF THE SABBATH: Every Christian Has A Way To Walk!

Witness, Walk, Worship, Work: 

One Took A Day Off! 

One Decided To Twerk! 

All Called The Master's Name 

And

All Held The Living Word 

But

Between Reading And Interpretation

One Eschewed The Good Word He Had Heard! 

Every Christian Has A Way To Walk! 

Every Christian Has A Work To Do! 

Every Christian Is Called To Witness 

And

Every Christian Must On The Mission Given 

Sincerely Follow Through! 

The Way Is Plain! 

The Work Is Hard! 

The Worship Is Wonderful 

And 

The Witnessing Is Not About Leaving A Calling Card! 

Our Life Is A Witness Whether We Believe It Or Not! 

Our Work Is A Witness

A Way To Help To Keep Us From Receiving The Blot! 

Our Walk Is A Witness To Others On Or Seeking The Holy Way

And 

Our Mapped Way From The Master 

Points Us To The Master 

From Whom We Should Never Stray!  

Our Attitude About Our Mission Tells Others 

Aka Witnesses To The Truth Of What

Of How

And 

What We Really Think About Our Master 

And 

Our Lives On The Ground! 

Work, Witness, Walk, Worship Tell A Story 

And

Reveal A Life

So Dare To Be Bold 

And 

Walk To Worship On The Way To Work! 

Christian!?! 

Walk Like One! 

Worship The Son! 

Stay On The Way 

And 

Your Witness Shall Be That For Personal Sin, 

You, Most Assuredly, Shall Not Personally Pay 

Because 

You Walk Under The Banner Of 

Almighty God's Blessed-Forever Only Son! 

Beloved, 

Pray! 

Live For Jesus Christ Today And Always!

HAPPY SABBATH + PRAYER: Grant Us Strength, Lord!

Oh, Father,

We Come Before You

As Supplicants and Penitents

Thankful For Grace

and

Pleading For Mercy!

Have Mercy, Lord

On The Helpless

The Hopeless

The Careless

And

The Lawless!

Have Mercy, Lord,

On The Wild

The Defiled

The Beguiled

And

The Spoiled!

Have Mercy,  Lord

On The Wretched

The Frowned Upon

The Soul With No Place To Belong

And

The Heart Which Has Lost Its Peace and Its Song!

Have Mercy,  Lord,

On The Fool Who Says

There Is No God!

On The Faithful

Whose God Is The Lord!

On The Wicked

Who Daily Sow Discord

And

On The Soul Seeking

To Be Shuck Of The Old Fraud!

Have Mercy,  Lord

On The Wired

On The Tired

On The Soul From Work Just Fired

And

On The Soul Whose Feet Are In Sin Mired!

Grant Us, Lord

Who Daily Seek Your Face

Courage For The Journey

And

Strength For The Race

And

Grant Us The Strength Of Will

To Walk Ever In Your Way

So That At The Last Day

We Won't Be Cast Out In Eternal Disgrace!

Bless Us, Father!

Do For Us What Is Best For Us

In Your Eternal Sight

And

No Matter Our Distress At Our Mortal Outcome

Help Us To Stand Firm

In Jesus Christ's Faith

So That We Will Attain Heaven's Promised Rest!

Bless Us, Lord, As Only You - Our Holy God - Can!

Oh,  How Your People Love You

For He said that He Is Divine, so
I Decided to Trust Him, and
Now My Worry is in Decline!
What about y'all?'

"Jerk! - I React!"

"Knee-Jerk! I Pray AND React!"


"Wow! I know whatcha mean!
Been There!
Done That!
Misery was My Companion and
I was ready for the Tin-foil Hat!"



Sitting out there upon "The Shelf" Is 
The Problem with Christian-By-Self:

Depending on Self!

Reacting to The World!

Destroying Soul Health!

Trust Jesus! - Jesus is The Shepherd!
Lean On The Spirit! - The Spirit is for Help in Prayer!
Read The Holy Bible! - It's The Captain's Word!
Depend on Him! - Our God Truly Provides Care!

Father, I know what I was without You

A sinner without You who anything would do

But, You met Me in The Way

You said: "Child, There you cannot stay!"

And I from that world walked away!

I do not brag but

I thank You, Lord, for casting that Bag Full of My Sin

Into Your Forgetfulness Sea -

You promised it shall not to Your Memory return and

You promised You will not me spurn

So, please, keep Teaching this Child, Lord

For I need Your Lessons for Gaining Eternal Life to daily learn.

My Christian Talk and
My Christian Walk are best friends
It is alleged that they are bound for Heaven
However, before they can enter there
They will God's Looking Glass share!

My Christian Walk had heel spurs and finger calluses
Empty bank account and
Old outdated clothing
And not a true friend to His Poor Name
But happy countenance joyfully displayed He
And Prayer Unceasing was his favorite cup of tea!

My Christian Talk has mucho friends
Money galore
Clothing to fill a boutique store
Hands as smooth as a baby's behind
His feet never knew a hill nor incline to climb.

His attitude did on the last nerve grate
He knew the Mind of God
He loved to set dates
He could tell in a split second who was to God true
He knew alllll that there was of Jesus to know
And weekly he put on A True Christian Spectacular Show!

One day, Great Earth's end was by The Holy God pronounced
The Time of Harvest was duly truly announced:

"Wheat Sheep on the Right!

Goat Grapes on the Left!

Take your position

#TheEternalGodIsOnTheFinalMission! "

Christian and Christian both headed for The Wheat Sheep Gate
And soon they were at the head of the Line
But only One was accepted for his walk did by Grace Shine
And One Christian was cast aside by the Great Lord God Divine!

Which Christian do you seek to have in yourself revealed?
