He Preached, Prayed, Taught

Healed And Fed The Multitudes

Giving No Heed To His Detractors

Because

He Knew What Was At Stake

What Trial

What Triumph 

Laid Ahead! 

No Cross ... No Crown! 

No Hope ... No Glory! 

No Prayer ... No Power! 

We Must Firmly Stand Upon The Truth

Found Only In The Good News Gospel Story! 

Brethren, Beloved 

Let's Not Let Sinful-Self 

Choose Neither Our Attitude Nor Our Altitude

But

Let Grace, Faith And Prayer 

Order Our Steps To Glory

If It Is Truly Our Heart's Desire 

To Dwell Forever With The Kind King 

Who Is Eternally In Residence There! 

Fear Almighty God ... Not The Great Unknown

For Almighty God ... Alone 

Is In Control 

And

To Him

The Unknown Is Known! 

Let Jesus Christ The King

Who Rules And Reigns

Judges And Justifies

Saves And Sanctifies

Heals And Helps

Teaches And Tests

And

Loves Us And Leads Us

Love Us And Lead Us

For He Is Our Only Peace 

And 

Our True Rest! 

Let Us Cease From Our Wanderings

Our Going Astray

And

Trust The Love That Cannot Fail

Who Gives Us Faith That Cannot Fail

Who Blesses Us With Grace That Is Really Real

And

Pours Mercy Upon Us

That Will Not Our Lives Derail! 

Follow Our Father! 

Be The Head And Not The Tail

And

Live Commendably To Rejoice 

And

Not Condemnably To Wail! 

Righteous Living Is Not A Jail!

Anything Done In The Darkness 

Shall Surely Be Brought Into 

The Glaring Light Of Judgment! 

People Whose Deeds Are Evil

Who Despise Correction And Chastisement

Always Choose To Operate Under Cover Of Darkness 

To Avoid Detection! 

Beloved, 

Be Ye Warned And Thrilled ...

The All-Seeing, Ever-Present Eye Of The All-Knowing God 

Sees And Records Every Last Thing That We Do! 

We May Hide From Man 

But

Hiding From Man Achieves Nothing 

Because 

It Does Not Hide Or Erase Our Record

In The Courts Above! 

Think Carefully ...

If You Have To Hide To Do Anything

It Is Certain That 

You Already Know That What You're Doing 

Or Contemplating Doing Is Wrong

Will Not Pass The Sniff Test

And

Is Definitely Not Pleasing To Our Maker, God And King! 

Be Wise ...

If You Would Not Wish To Be Caught 

Doing Something Iffy Or Sniffy By Your Parents

Children, Husband, Wife, Friends Or Family

You Should Back Up Off Your Intended Action:

A Working Conscient Is An Asset!

Avoid Mistakes By Walking In The Light

And

Dare To Correct Your Errors While Life Is Spared! 

Tomorrow Is Not Promised To Anyone 

So Do Not Let The Last Act Of Your Life 

Be A Dark Deed Of The Damned! 

There Is No Repentance After Death 

So Do Not Stifle Your Conscience: 

Do Right!

 

STAY IN THE WORD: We Need The Lord ... The Law !

Jesus Christ Prays For Us!

Let's Pray For Ourselves

Others!

Praying Changes Our Perspective Of Everything!
If You Do Not Commit Crime
Which Is Breaking The Laws Of The Land

You Have No Reason To Fear Law-Men Aka The Police! 

Praying Will Keep Us From Sinning

Or

Sinning Will Keep Us From Praying!

If You Live A Righteous Life ... Walking In The Light Of Life

- Being Careful To Follow The Law Of The Lamb -

You Have No Reason To Fear Having To Give An Accounting Of
The Carefully Recorded Report Of All You Thought, Said And Did 

Before The King Of Love

The Final Judge Of All Flesh 

Whom No One Can Ignore Or Escape! 

Beloved, 

We Should Be Careful Of 

And 

Fearful For Those Who Say With Unholy Boldness That 

They Don't Believe In God

Don't Care What God Says

Know That They Are Truthful And Good, Kind, Loving And Caring 

But 

The All-Knowing Almighty Ever-Present God Is Not 

Even As They Live Their Lives Like The Right Side Of A Bus 

While Needing The Breath Of The Same God To Live 

And
To Be Able To Self-Righteously Blaspheme His Holy Name! 

We Need To Think Before We Speak

Look Before We Leap 

And 

Consider Carefully 
By Whose Power We Rise Up Each Day From Sweet Sleep! 

Jesus Christ 

Is 

The Law Giver 

And

The Giver Of Life: 

Ignore Him ... Ignore His Power ... At Your Own Peril!

Let's Delight In Our Jesus Today ... For Love ...

Receive The Heaven-Blessed Desires Of Our Hearts

"... Comfort One Another With These Words ...!" 

But 
Even Though I Was Comforted

I Was Not Comfortable! 

I Didn't Just Want To Be Comforted When Someone Died

I Desired To Be Comfortable Walking In Life

Proceeding Unto My Own Death! 

Good Gracious! 

I Thought I Was The Only One Who Thought Like That! 

Nope, Nope, Not Even Close! 

Death: Harsh, Cold, Final, Makes Man Powerless

And

We Feel Powerless 
Because 
We Seemingly Have No Personal Control! 

I Wanted Control ... After The Godly Sort, Of Course! 

I Don't Understand What You Mean! 

Look At It This Way:

Man, Me, You Are Known Finite, Terminal!

Jesus Christ, Creator, Lord, God, Savior
Is
Eternal

And

He Says To Us Us All To Trust Him

Worship Him

Obey Him

Rest In Him

Live For Him

Die For Him

Die In Him

But

There Seemed To Me To Be A Disconnect!
I Knew What It Meant In My Head
But
My Heart ... My Desire To Live Abundantly
Wasn't Getting "It!"

I Know That "Feeling!"

We Were Never Meant To Die

But 
After The Curse ... We All Die

We, By Sin, Are Disconnected 
From The Source Of Life!

Death Is Our Enemy!

Death Is The Final Enemy To Be Conquered

And

Death Always Seemed To Have 
Some Upper Hand Against Us ... Again Me

Until I Read

The Light-Bulb Went Off

And

Just Like That ... I Am Free! 
I Am Plugged Into The Source

I Get "It!"

Whom The Son Frees

- It Is Appointed Once For Man To Die -

Returning To The Soil

From Which It Came

And The Breath Of Life

Returns To God Who Gave It!

There Is No Need To Fear Death Nor The Dead

When Jesus Christ Is Your God And Your Guide! 

Let Him Lead You 

And 

You Shall Surely Live Again! 

The Dead Know Nothing

And

Can't Do Anybody Any Harm!

I Am At Peace In And With The Eternal God 

Who Calls Me To Enjoy His Abundant Life Now

His Eternal Life Hereafter! 

I Am Reassured And I Am Blessed

I Know Who Knows The Unknown

The Unknown Holds No Brief For Me!

The Death Of A Saint Of God And Christ, My Brethren

Is 
A Short Sleep! 

Between Death And Resurrection

There Is No Knowledge Of

The Passage Of Time!

Your Last Thought At Death

Is Your Continued Thought

At Your Resurrection!

We Have The Blessed Hope!
We Who Believe Jesus Christ's Word
And
Trust His Sacrifice Once For All Mankind
Know That The Restoration Is Coming!

The Dew Of Life Will Fall

And

All The Saints Of God And Christ

Shall Triumphantly Answer

When Their Names For Everlasting Life Are Called!
