Every Day Is The Day To Pray

Give Praise And Thanks
For The Gifts Of Perfect Love That
We Constantly Receive
And
To Be Grateful For Heavenly Grace
From The God Who Sacrificially Loves Us
Even Though We Often Live Lives
Which Merit Us Being Among
The Cast-Out Disgraced!
Beloved,
No Matter How Perceived-Small The Gift
No Matter How Allegedly-Late Its Receipt
No Matter That The Gift Received
Is Not
The Gift That Your Carnal Heart Desired
Let Us Ever Remember That
All Good And Perfect Gifts Are From The Holy Hand Of
Jesus Christ The Righteous
Our Maker And Savior
Redeemer And Forever Friend
The King Of Glory!
Let Us Cultivate The Habit Of Saying
"Thank You, Dear Lord!"
And
Even More So Now In This Time Where Disease
Is
Deftly Trying To Take Our Loved Ones Away!
Brethren, Beloved
Let Us Use This Day Of Giving Thanks
To Draw Closer To Our Creator
Our Friends And Family
And
Let Our Foes Help Us To Lean Thankfully
On The Love That Will Never Let Us Go!
Give Thanks With A Grateful Heart
And
Decide This Day That From Righteous Living
Never, Ever, To Depart!
PRAYER:
Thank You, Father
For Your Myriad Blessings
On Us Children!
Thank You For Giving Unto Us
Our Beloved Savior
Your Only Begotten Son
Jesus Christ The Lord!
Father,
Please Forgive Us
For The Many Times That
We Act As Those Ungrateful
And
Use Language That Is
Utterly Thankless
And
Truly Tasteless!
We Thank You, Dear Father
For The Fellowship Of The Holy Spirit
The Protection Of The Holy Angels
Our Spared Lives
The Roofs Still Over Our Heads
And
The Sumptuous And Daily Food
Liberally Provided For Our Tables!
Though We Do Not Desire
To Feel Pressured
Or Experience Problems
Or To Be Ill
Or Financially Embarrassed
Lord,
Even For These Few Trials
We Give You Grateful Thanks
And
Heartfelt, Unfeigned, Praise
Because
These Workmen Cause Us To Hasten
To Your Throne Of Grace
Where We Will Find
Unmerited Favor
From Your Holy Hand
To Help Us In Our Time Of Need!
Oh, Love, That Will Not Let Us Go
We Are Grateful And Thankful That
You Are The Holy God Known Faithful
And
We Ask You, Please
To Help Us To Rest Our Weary Souls
Our Daily Dying Bodies
Our Unbearable Burdens
Our Terrible Tests And Trial
Upon Your Strong, Loving, Unfailing, Arms!
Please Help Us
Even As We Pray
To Not Just Share Burdens And Trials
But
To Share Our Joys
And
To Rest And Abide In Your Love
To Be Refreshed
For The Sure Battles Ahead!
Thank You, Lord
For The Unspeakable Gifts
Most Of Which
We Don't Even Know That
We Have Received:
We Bow In Worshipful Adoration!
Please, Dear Lord
Help Us To Draw Closer To You
To Live For You
And
If We Are So Called
To Die For You:
You Have Promised
To Raise Up Your Faithful Children
In The Glad Day Of Reunion!
We Trust You At Your Holy Word!
