To Rest In Our Savior
At This Time Of Momentous Change
When Darkness Fills The Land

Gross Darkness
Is Descending Upon The People
With Evil Power And Devilish Might!
Father,
Jesus Christ In The Garb Of Flesh
In Living Faith In Your Holy Might And Power
Calmed The Raging, Angry, Sea
And We
In Our Little Mustard Seed Faith
Beseech You
That You Speak Peace
Unto That Which Would Consume
All Those You Have Called
And
Who Are Faithfully Walking Unto Thee!
Father,
We Pray For This People!
We Pray For This Land!
We Pray For Those Who Would Rule
That They Will Not Bow Before
Any Devil Masquerading As Man
Nor Any Man Masquerading As God
That They Will Foreswear
Putting Personal Pleasure Before People
That They Will Own Thee
And
Seek To Honor The God Holy
And Not
The Would-be God Called Self
And That They Let Jesus Christ The Lord
Lead Them
In The Way Holy
In The Way True
In The Way Kind
In The Way Honest
Being Not Turned Unto Fables
Nor Seeking After The Praises Of Men
And Thereby
Denying Themselves
The Promised Blessings Upon The Just
From Almighty God
Who Permits His Rain To Fall
On The Just And The Unjust Among Mankind!
Oh, Father
In Your Unfailing Mercy
Pity Those Of Us
Who Choose To Walk
With Hearts Lifted Up In Pride
Whose Faith Is In Unbelief
Who Take Pleasure In Unrighteousness
Who Have Familiar Spirits
Who Trust In Wizards That Peep
Who Praise And Worship The Damned Devils
And Their Damned Leader Satan
And Not
The Living Holy Eternal God Who Keeps
And
Those Who Through Studied Wickedness
Lead The Gullible And Simple Astray!
Father,
Lead Us In The Right Way!
Pity Also Those, Lord
Whose Hearts Are Hardened In Bold Sin
Seeing No Need
For Confession And Repentance
And
Who Are Storing Up Wealth
That Is Their Very Soul
Damning
And Those, Lord
Whose Consciences Are Seared With Hot Iron
And
Who Take Pleasure In Walking Right
In Their Own Blinded Eyesight!
Lord,
By Your Great Love
And
In Mercy
Unto The Saving Of The Soul
Humble The Presumptuous
The Willful Stubborn
The Wildly Arrogant
And
The Child Who Forgets
That His Father Is The Eternal God!
Father,
You Are The Only Sovereign King
And
Where The Word Of The King Is
The People Walk In True Liberty
And
Perfect Light!
Let Your Word, As Promised, Stand!
Let The True Light Shine For It Is Divine!
Make Your Way Plain!
Give Unto Us Courage
To Walk In The Light Of Life
And
Help Us To Firm Stand
In The Faith Of The Fathers
For We Who Believe In
Love
Trust
Honor
Hope In
And
Obey You
Know That Heaven Is Not A Tale
Told By Old Folks
Nor Is It A Bank
That Men Can Cause To Go Broke
And
For These Reasons
It Is For You, Our Almighty God
That We Cast Our Vote
So That Our Calling
And
Election
May Be Made Wholly Sure
So That We Will Have The Right
To Enter Through The Gates
Of
The Eternal City
Which Will Ever Shine Bright
And Will
Our Soul's Delight!
Jesus Is The Captain
And
Our Commander True
So
Help Us!
Feed Us!
Save Us!
And
Bless Us
Mind, Body, And Spirit
So That At The Dawning Of The Great Day
We Will Be Ushered Home
To Dwell Forevermore
With You!
Father,
Let Your Holy Spirit Range Across This Land
And
Help The People Who Profess
The Name Of Jesus Christ
To Forsake Sin And Sinning
And
Fall Upon Your Mercy
As Our Wrongs Against The Truth We Confess!
Lift Us Up
So That We Will Lift You Up
And
Do For Us What We Cannot Do For Ourselves
Is Our Prayer In The Blessed Name Of
Jesus Christ The Righteous
Who
From Sin
And
Eternal Death
Saves!
