PRAYER:

Father, Forgive Me!

I Have Gone From Pillar To Post

Seeking A Home For My Heart

Forgetting

Perhaps Not Even Realizing That

My Heart Is Your Home!

Open My Eyes, Lord, And Help Me To See 

Those Fair And Holy Glimpses Of Truth That

You Have Waiting For And Available To Me

In The Volume Of That Book That 

Tells Me Of You And Your Holy Love For Me ... Personally!

Oh, How Often, Dear Father

Has My Heart Been Troubled Within Me

At My Seeming Lack Of Growth

At The Wayward Paths Being Used

By The Children Of Faith

At The Unholy Alliances, Even Confederacies, Being Formed

Between The Children Of The Day

And

The Denizens Of The Night

And

I Cringe!

You Promised In The Living Word

That Not One Jot Or One Tittle

A Dot Or A Dash In The Word Would Fail

Until All Be Fulfilled!

I Know That You Cannot Lie

So I Put My Trust In You

To Accomplish All You Word

For You Have Promised That 

It Shall Not Return Unto You Void, Empty

But Shall Do All That You Ordain!

Father, 

Remember Me, In Mercy, I Beseech You!

As King Solomon Said:

I Am But A Child

Not Knowing How To Go Out

Or To Come In!

Please Grant Unto Me 

Your Wisdom And Understanding

To Use Your Knowledge Aright!

You Promised Not To Upbraid Me

For Asking For Wisdom:

I, In The Working Faith Gifted To Me

Choose To Accept Your Word

As Written And Preserved! 

I Trust You! 

I Am Trusting You! 

Please Help Me To Trust You

Always And In All Ways! 

Please Help Me To Hide Your Word Within My Heart!

Please Help Me To Know My End

The Length Of My Days

So That I Will Know How Frail I Am

And Will Not Sin Against Thee Again!

Father, 

I And My People

Have Broken All Ten Of Your Commandments

Wittingly

Unwisely

Boldly

Even Arrogantly

Uncaring That Actions Have Consequences

Unmindful Of The Reality That

Even When We Come To Our Senses

And Repent Of Our Known Sin

And You Forgive Us Our Sin

And Cleanse Us From All Unrighteousness

That The Consequence 

The Fall Out Remains

The Unintended Consequence Stands

Reminding Us That There Is No Profit

In Bold Sin And Defiant Disobedience! 

Please Help Us To Humble Ourselves

So That You Will Lift Us Up

At The Time Appointed! 

Draw Me Nearer, Lord! 

Keep Me Safe By Your Dear Side! 

Open My Eyes, Lord

To See You And Emulate You

In The Beauty Of Holiness! 

Father, I Would See Jesus! 

I Will Behold His Face In Righteousness! 

I Will Be Satisfied When I Awake With His Likeness:

I Know That My Redeemer Lives

Please Help Me To Value Myself

Talk Is Cheap! 

Whiskey Is Expensive!

Choose To Be Kind!

Exercise Your Faith!

Walk Around Holding Grudges Against People

- Be They Friends, Family Or Foes -

"I Will Never Forgive Them!" 

Beloved, 

Are You The True And Living Holy God Of Grace And Mercy!?! 

Do You Hold Life And Eternity In Your Hand!?! 

If Your Answer Is 

"No!" 

I Beseech Us All To Back-Back To Go Forward! 

The Lord Jesus Christ

Immediately After Teaching His Disciples 

How To Pray 

Then Warned Them Graphically 

About The Content Of Their Prayers 

And 

Their Attitude! 

To Err Is Human: 

To Forgive Is Divine! 

We Who Desire The Lord's Forgiveness 

For Our Sins Against Him

Forgive Those 

"Who Done Did Us Wrong!" 

Let Us, Therefore

Be Obedient So That

Our Exercised Faith Will Work

- Will Move The Hand Of Our Omnipotent God - 

To Deliberately Move Our Unconquerable Mountains 

And 

Set Us Free ... And Save Us 

Only

As We Choose To Believe That He Is The Almighty God 

Who Rewards Those Who Diligently Seek Him!

Trust: Don't Fuss!

Let Us By Our Gift Of Faith For Today 

Look For Our Jesus Through Our Habit

Lean On King Jesus

NEED Versus WANT: Christ And Chocolate

 

If We Don't Call Upon The Lord By Praying

He Cannot Answer Us! 

If We Do Not Ask For Forgiveness For Known Sin By Confession

Repentance

The Lord ... God Almighty ... Cannot Forgive Us Our Sins 

And 

Cleanse Us From All Of Our Known Acts Of Unrighteousness! 

The Lord Instructs Us To Ask Of Him 

To Receive From Him: 

Don't Be Proud And Foolish! 

Beloved, 

Today Is The Day Of Salvation 

And

Salvation Is For Us Who Know 

And 

Readily Acknowledge That 

We Are Sinners Needing Saving: 

Never Mix Up Your Needs For Your Wants! 

Know The Right ...

We Need Christ! 

We Want Chocolate! 

We Need Faith And Forgiveness! 

We Want Fame And Fortune! 

We Need To Speak Truth And Exhibit Trust! 

We Want Toys And Trinkets! 

Brethren, Beloved, 

The Lord Desires Us To Come Home To Him

 By Walking In The Light

Doing The Good

The Right

Because

It Is Right! 

Let Us, Therefore, Rejoice That Our Jesus Christ
