Its Back To The Gospel Plow!

We Have An Anchor In Jesus!

We Are Not Tossed By Doctrinal Change!

"God Alone! His Word Alone!"

Are Inscribed On Our Banner

For

This Earth Is What 

- To Get To Heaven -

We Will Gladly Exchange!

Our God Shall Come

- But Not In Silence -

To Claim His Self-built Church - His Bride!

Righteousness Is Her White Linen Garment

Which By God 

Is Freely Supplied!

We Are Going Home To Mansions

That Jesus Christ Himself Has Prepared!

Eye Has Not Seen 

Nor Has Ear Heard 

Of The Glories

That Are For Our Expected End!

Let Us Let No One Steal Our Gold Crown!

For This Very Practice
Will Assuredly Lead To The Prophesied 

This Very Act Will Exclude Them 
From The Glory-Day Celebration
But
Include Them In The Burning 
Executed By
The Eternal Judge!

An Educated Palate 
So-called 
Used For Judging Fine Food and Fine Wine
Is Not For Man's Judging
Or Re-imagining
The Holy Words Of
God Almighty - The Divine
Whose Eyes Have No Need For Glasses
Whose Ears Have No Need For Aids
AND
Whose "Well Done!"
Of Commendation
Is Not For Those Who Choose
To The Flesh
To Be An Overtime Wage-Earning Slave!

It Was Of A Son Mother Apostle
Who Had Prior Long-Range Knowledge
Of The Coming Death
Of A Beloved's Body!

The Son
He The Savior
He The Sure Word
Knew Of His Own Death
Before He Even Created The World
And,  Yet
Despite This Fore-Knowledge
Despite His Being All-knowing Wise
He Still Created
The Instrument Of His Own Demise!

And, Indeed ...

At The Appointed Time
He Was Vilely Crucified!

The Creature Crucified Its Creator!
The Creator Stood Not In The Creature's Way!
The Created Was Consumed
With The Creator's Death
AND
Thereby Sealed Its Own Doom!

But ...

That Is Not My Point!

A Mother Gave Birth To Her Son
Her Own Soul's Savior
And Met In The Temple
A Prophet
On The Eighth Day
Who, Holding The Blessed Child
In The Mother's Hearing
Did Prophecy
How In The Distant Future
The Mother's Son Was Going To For The World Die 
Thrusting A Sword Through Her Heart 
And Making Her Cry
For She Would Know That Her Heaven-Sent Baby
Was Born To Die!

How Did She Have The Heart
To Nurse 
Comfort 
Raise 
Teach Her Boy Baby
Knowing He Was Born To Die 
But Knowing Not The Day Of His Death!

In An Epistle
Declared His Love For His Lord!
He Even Cut Off The Ear Of The High Priest's Servant
The Night They Came To Arrest 
His Master Savior 
Teacher Friend 
The Lord!

Just Before The Disciple Became An Apostle
Just Before The Master Returned To Realm 
Where He Is Our High Priest 
AND
Coming King
The Friend To The End
Told The Friend Born Of Mere Men
The Manner In Which He Would Reach His Life's End!

Lord Almighty!
The Weight Of The Burden!
To Know That You Are Going To Die
For The Cause Of Your Risen From Death
And Soon Departing Master
And Knowing It Will Be In Your Old Age
But Not Knowing The Year Day!
How Does One Proceed To Live
When Having Reached
The Prophesied Old Age?

That Bombastic
Lord Denying
Repentant
Renewed
Christ-commissioned Apostle
Knew Of A Surety
Death ... Is Coming
Any Day

He Lived Out The Great Commission
Doing Exactly What His Master Had Told Him
On That Fateful Day!

I Wondered About The Meals Offered
As I Put On My Nice Thinking Cap!

I Did Me Some Serious Investigation!
I Wondered Why Two Suppers From The Same Host!
I Wondered Why I Got Invitations To Both Of Them
AND
Wondered
What To Me Would Be The Final Cost!

I Read My First Invitation
The Second Time!
It Said Plainly:

"Invitation 

To 

The Marriage Supper Of The Lamb!"

 And Also Invited
The Poor
The Maimed
The Lame
AND
The Blind
AND
Said It Was For Those Who Had Been Faithful
AND
Desired AtONEment
AND
Had Set Aside
False Religion
Self Service
AND
Labor For Loss
AND
Visibly
Totally
Trusted Jesus Christ To Be Their Head
Because
They Believed That It Was For Their Soul's Salvation
That Jesus Christ - Himself -
Had laid In The Cold Grave
Dead!

The Lamb's Marriage Supper Invitation
Had Appended
A Voucher For Jesus-Made Clothes
White Linen
With The Thread Thereof
Being The Exclusive Inclusive Christ's Righteousness
And Saying:

"Wear These Garments - They Are Your Ticket!

Wear Any Other

AND

At The Feast

Your Presence 

Will Be Absent In It!"

I Thought To My Self

That I Shall This Supper Attend
For With True Clothes Provided
At This Supper I Know By The Kind Host
I Will Be Well-Fed!

Curious Now
To See What The Other Invite Would Give Me
I Opened The Second Supper Invitation
In Haste
AND
Just As Fast As I Had Opened And Read It
I Wanted That Invitation Out Of My Face
Place!

That Second Invitation
Had
All The Fowls That Fly In The Midst Of Heaven
As Guests Of Honor
Personally Invited
To 

The Supper Of The Great God!

AND ...

Stating That The Meal Will Be On Those
Who Have Loved And Heeded
The Willful Writings
The Specious Speeches
The Poisoned Promises
AND
The Dastardly Dealings
Of That Lying Wanna-Be god-Fraud!

That Second Invitation
By Way Of Entreaty
Said Explicitly To Those Fowls:

I Was Totally Shocked
For
If I Had Been One Of Those
Who Had Gone Up Against Jesus Christ
I Could Look Forward To Becoming ... BIRD FOOD!

Instead Of Me Eating The Lamb's Wedding Feast
I Would
- Either By Personal Decision
Or
Decision By Default -
Be The Feast For Fowls!
If I Had Been An Unbeliever
I Would Have Filled Fowls!

I Laid On My Bed
AND
Cried
AND
Remembered The True Words Of Life
AND
Blessed Almighty God
For
The Saving Grace
Of
The Just Judge
Jesus Christ
My Coming King!

I Joyfully Destroyed The Second Invitation
For
I Loved The Lamb!!

PRAYER: Father, I'm Frightened ...

Father,

I Am Frightened!

Not Frightened

My Nose Around The Window To Put

But Frightened About Losing Out On Heaven

Because 

The Truth Of Your Kingdom 

I'm Afraid To Talk About!

Father,

I Do Not Wish To Be Responsible

For Another Soul's Salvation

Because I Am Afraid To Offend Them

For

Father,

Telling A Soul The Truth Of Christ The King's Coming

Is Like Saying

Out Loud

That You Hate Them!

Is Clasping Hands With The Very Devil

Equating Eating Shellfish And

Wearing Mixed Fibers

With The Abomination Of Sodomy 

So Stated In Your Laws!

Now Bites!
